Description: This position will be responsible day to day for supporting the windows environment across the organization, resolving tickets, and working break fix items as required by the end users. This person will be a part of a team of 20, but will be the main person focused on desktop support tickets that cannot be resolved by the service desk. this person will also be responsible for helping support there microsoft intune software and deploying software to devices across the organization.
