RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Help Desk Manager in Orlando, FL. Summary: The Senior Help Desk Manager will monitor user experience and KPIs within the system. The candidate should be able to hit the ground running and guide the team to be able to give sound suggestions. As a Senior Help Desk Manager, you will have a have a team of 6-8 reporting into them.
