This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Little Rock Commercial Loan Service Center in Little Rock, AR. The incumbent provides administrative support and advice to the office, work group or function covering a wide range of matters impacting SBA program initiatives.Requirements:
GS-07: One year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service) obtained in either the private or public sector performing administrative tasks in a busy, multi-function office which includes: preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, forms and other documentation using automated systems (databases and all other office software/hardware suites); record keeping, timekeeping, maintaining office files, collateral files, inventory management, travel arrangements, screening telephone calls and visitors, and advising others on office operations, all while prioritizing tasks according to the greatest need.Additional information on the qualification requirements is outlined in the OPM Qualifications Standards Handbook of General Schedule Positions.
