Serves as the Supervisory Program Specialist (Academy Director) for security education and training and to address the multidisciplinary areas of security within DCSA: Personnel Vetting, Background Investigations, Adjudications, Industrial Security, Critical Technology Protection and others as they evolve. Responsible for the oversight and execution of education and training in accordance with the Securing Training Leadership.Requirements:

You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG 14 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Demonstrated experience fostering innovation and build successful programs for large organizations;
- Learning and development methodologies and the management of various training and delivery methods;
- Education programs and instructional techniques and security programs, policies, and procedures to manage a comprehensive security education, training, and awareness program;
- Leading teams and overseeing diverse and complex programs within DOD or intelligence organizations.
