Basic Requirement: Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- journalism, business administration, English composition, commerce, accounting, printing or printing engineering, graphic or commercial art, industrial engineering, or economics. In addition to meeting the basic requirement, qualified applicants must possess:For GS-07, One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-05 within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as experience managing day-to-day operations within a printshop setting, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of products, performing regular maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment issues within a printshop environment.
For GS-09, One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-07within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as experience overseeing and managing day-to-day operations within a printshop setting, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of products; working with designers, while effectively communicating and collaborating to meet project requirements and exceed expectations; and performing regular maintenance tasks and troubleshooting equipment issues within a printshop environment.
For GS-11, One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-09within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.

For GS-12, One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-11within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
