Extensive knowledge of organization's missions, functions, and structure to ensure effective implementation of oversight of special programs security concepts, principles and practices. Expert ability in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the Center Commander. Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission. Knowledge of government contractual practices and requirements for development and purchase of USAF acquisition programs and/or supporting programs/projects.
