In order to qualify, you must meet the expereince requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes develop and prepare budgets and schedules to administer operations and maintenance program; experience which includes developing, analyzing, and monitoring current and future project programs/budgets; performs programmatic and budgetary duties; performing analyses of financial data from a variety of sources to propose solutions to issues; analyzing historical data and financial records to assist with the creation of budgets for programs/projects; utilizing financial automated systems, generating reports and using software or automated information systems as-needed to track and report necessary metrics.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11.
