You will serve as a BUSINESS AND RESOURCES DIVISION DIRECTOR within the PLANNING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION DIRECTORATE atNAVFAC NORTHWEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Working with a diverse group of stakeholders in the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of programs; 2) Interpreting and evaluating policy, procedures, laws, and regulations; and 3) Reviewing projects to ensure that effects are considered in project planning and decision-making.
