Description:

This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Veterans Business Development in Washington, D.C. Manages the performance, budget, contracts and grant relationships for the development and management of Boots to Business.

Requirements:

GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Managing or advising on the day-to-day operations of a program, which includes program management and data analysis; and demonstrating the ability to work in small teams and to develop collaborative relationships; and effectively communicating (verbal and written) with peers and senior leadership.

TIME-IN-GRADE: If you are a current career or career-conditional federal employee applying for promotion under Merit Promotion you must have completed a minimum of 52 weeks in positions at the next level lower than the position being filled
