You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Providing consultation to management in the development of public affairs activities and/or materials for internal/external use; Establishing performance expectations and guidelines; AND Managing and supervising staff and overseeing program execution. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Qualification claims will be subject to verification.
