Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.DO-03 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must or will have at least one year (52 weeks) within 120 days of closing of this announcement of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-13, or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
