Announcement amended - closing date extended to 4/15/2024.Fort Leavenworth Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources Office is looking for an energetic person to join their team as a HR Assistant (NAF/Recruitment & Placement) Assistant, NF-203-03. This is not a remote position.
Requirements:
1. Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources profession which demonstrates the capability to perform a variety of recruitment functions, such as posting vacancy announcements and rating applicants for qualifications and eligibility.2. Possess experience utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (i.e. USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft, etc.
3. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Highly Preferred: In addition to the qualifications listed above, applicants will possess prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office in a recruitment and placement capacity.
Applicants that meet Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list
