Salary/Hourly Rate:
$17/hr – $18/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will assist in customer support.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Handle any customer requests, concerns, questions
- Utilize online platforms for documentation
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- 1 – 2 years in a Customer Service Representative role
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Use of online platforms for documentation
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required
