Job Description (responsibilities to include but are not limited to):
Assists in overall financial accountability of the restaurant through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
Assists in controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes appropriate disciplinary actions, motivates and trains.
Assumes accountability for restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reporting to enhance restaurant results.
Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met.
Ensures food quality and customer satisfaction.
Implements and manages employee motivation and recognition.
