Description: We are currently seeking an IT Site Support Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide on-site desktop support for all hardware at our manufacturing plant. This includes setting up, configuring, installing and maintaining end users' desktop computers and peripherals, both on the production line and in offices. You will also be responsible for providing technical support for production and office personnel on computers, phones, and printers
