You will play a pivotal role in positively transforming the careers and life paths of your clients, ultimately contributing to the growth of the company and enhancing your own opportunities.
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly + commission
Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments for a complimentary coaching session
- Receive comprehensive training to excel in the role
- Develop skills in asking insightful questions and handling objections effectively
- Cultivate strong rapport with coaches and clients to enhance retention rates
- Engage with clients via phone calls and emails
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to boost sales through consistent follow-ups
- Regularly update and utilize CRM data
- Demonstrate active listening to address inquiries and overcome objections
- Proactively implement feedback for continuous self-improvement
- Adopt a competitive and goal-oriented mindset to consistently surpass monthly targets
- Excellent customer service skills are required for this position
- Experience in soft sales through outbound calls is necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- The candidate must be highly organized
- Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms, Word, and Excel is a must
- Additional qualifications include excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
- Decisiveness, proactiveness, and strong problem-solving skills are valued
