Our company is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders. You’ll be responsible for advising our clients on coverage, helping resolve billing issues, changing policies, and making policy recommendations. Compensation:$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Handling all inquiries from clients promptly and professionally
- Process all endorsements
- Refer all client claim inquiries immediately to the insurance carrier
- Assist clients with billing issues
- Update client/prospect information in the agency management system
- Continuing education (Company Paid) for industry designations
- 3+ years' experience as a Personal Customer Service Representative in a NY State Independent Agency environment
- NYS P&C License required
- Live within 30 miles of Latham NY (In-Office Position)
- Insurance Designation a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
