Our client, a very established, successful manufacturing company that specializes in helping their customers streamline their material handling processes and reinvent the way they transport goods. Currently they are looking to bring in a Temporary Administrative Coordinator to their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22 – $24/hr
Position Overview:
As the Administrative Coordinator you will be entering data in a spreadsheet, and connecting with customers from the Contact Center team through emails, and the internal ticketing system. This role will help an organization of schedules, manage budgets, communicate with staff and maintains effective workflow in the office. The Administrative Coordinator may also take on many other duties regularly associated with office management, working with the contact team to identify and resolve any items that arise during.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator:
- Pays vendors, maintains facilities and office supply budget, and oversees other expenses necessary to the day-to-day administrative operations
- Schedules meetings, answers phones, and maintains digital and physical records
- Prepares agendas and takes notes at meetings and archives proceedings
- Assists in preparation of reports and presentations and aids in budgeting process
- Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information and identifying and communicating solutions
- Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by researching and developing new services and methods, setting priorities, and problem solving for workflow issues
- Directs administrative productivity in accordance with management directives
