Description: This persons only responsibility will be grabbing tickets. This is due to an influx in tickets coming over the next few months. Help desk tickets, walk ups, desk side support. 5 days per week in Northbrook. Should be close to Northbrook so their commute is not a pain. The tech support personnel should be able to provide password reset instructions and assist with multi-factor authentication setup.
