Qualifications: CI/CD - Can be any tool like Jenkins, GitLab, etc.AWS - A high level of AWS proficiency including how networking and application deployments are done via various methods.Kubernetes - Needs to have a strong knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster administration and tooling for deploying and managing k8s cluster (EKS is a big plus).GitOps -Will need to have a good understanding of GitOps theory.
