Machine Operators

Description:

Adecco is currently recruiting for Machine Operator in the Walton Hills, Ohio area.
This Role Offers:

• $1000 sign on bonus when hired on full time.
  
• Pay starts at $15- $22 depending on experience.
  
• Shift times 10pm-10am

Requirements
· 1 Year Machine Operator time in Plastic Manufacturing (Preferred)
· Tow motor experience
· Must Be able to read a tape measure.
· Ability to read/understand specifications.
· Ability to read measuring devices such as ruler, caliper, dial indicator, micrometer, and scale.
· Lift up to 50lbs unassisted
· Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:
Sets up and operates extrusion line to produce plastic sheets which meet customer
specifications and dimensions according to work orders.
Operate grinder machine to recirculate scraps that can be used in the process.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
· Start up, set up, operate, and tend machine that extrudes thermoplastics to meet customer
specifications and dimensions according to work orders.

Operate Grinding Machine to pulverize scraps to recirculate them into processing.
· Load materials into extruder and adjust feed mechanisms to set feed rates.
· Move controls to activate and adjust for extruding process.
· Observe machine operations, control boards, and gauges to detect any defective material or any
machine malfunctions.
· Press the correct buttons to stop machine when processes are complete or when malfunctions
are detected.
· Responsible for detailed completion of work orders and production reports.
· Operator must always be mentally alert on the machine.
· Training will include other duties on the production floor to help understand all positions and processes.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $22.75 per hour
