Job Description This is an opportunity to work supporting a very unique program. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide onsite Tier 2 technical support to 300+ network users between the hours of 10am-6pm, a minimum of four days per week onsite; with some remote possible. Additional responsibilities include, and are not limited to, setting up user accounts, imaging workstations, VPN accounts, asset management, research, reporting, records management, and escorting vendors.
