Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) manages the Information Technology Services (ITS) data centers and provides around-the-clock support for ITSbusiness computing activities. The primary purpose of this position is to monitor, diagnose, and manage problems within our central network, as well as to provide a central strategic / tactical coordination facility for customers throughout the University as needed.
