This role includes a comprehensive benefit package, that covers the cost of monthly insurance premiums for you and your dependents. A 401K match, and performance bonus.
Compensation:$100,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Conduct legal research using various platforms and tools to support case strategies and arguments
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and contracts, with precision and attention to detail
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations to advocate for their legal rights and interests
- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on a wide range of legal issues, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to develop legal strategies and solutions that achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Must have experience in Personal Injury Litigation
- Law Degree - Juris Doctor
- Must have an actively good standing with the Nevada Bar Association
- US Work Authorization
