Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join our legal team, specializing in representing employees. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment law and a proven track record of successfully representing employees in various employment-related matters.


Compensation:

$80,000

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Representation: Represent employees in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and other employment law issues.
  • Case Management: Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court and before administrative agencies.
  • Client Counseling: Provide legal advice and counseling to employees regarding their rights and obligations under federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in employment law to provide informed advice and effective representation.
  • Advocacy and Education: Act as an advocate for employees' rights, educating clients and the community on employment law issues.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership and good standing with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in employment law, with a focus on employee representation.
  • Strong litigation experience, including trial experience.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in dispute resolution.
