POSITION TITLE: Recruitment Coordinator
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to oversee and optimize multiple facets of the talent acquisition process, including managing the internal referral program, maintaining the integrity of the ATS, and coordinating nationwide career events. By conducting audits on job postings and supporting recruiters in candidate vetting, this role ensures compliance with company standards and fosters a robust candidate experience. This role plays a pivotal role in driving efficient and successful recruitment outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a customer-centric attitude, prior experience in talent acquisition, as well as an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the internal referral program, conducting weekly audits, coordinating candidate schedules with the Director of Talent Acquisition, and processing bonus payments
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure impeccable data integrity
  • Efficiently track and oversee candidates not associated with specific requisitions
  • Coordinate orientation for new hires and support HR in completing onboarding documentation
  • Take charge of nationwide career events, including inventory management of promotional items (SWAG), registrations, and budgeting
  • Supervise the pre-employment vendor relationship, promptly escalating issues to recruit leadership when necessary
  • Conduct audits on both internal and external job postings to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate on the establishment and upkeep of a robust candidate pool
  • Work closely with Recruitment leadership to generate and manage weekly reports and dashboards
  • Oversee the internal interview process, ensuring adherence to high standards for both candidates and management
  • Provide support to recruiters in the vetting process for candidates when required
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, document scanning, analytics reviews, etc.
  • Actively participate in special projects and undertake any additional duties as assigned

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Experience with an ATS, UKG is a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • This position operates out of corporate headquarters in an office environment, located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphones
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in a high-volume environment required
  • Prior experience in a talent acquisition role
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
