You will serve as a MATERIALS EXAMINER & IDENTIFIER in the Operations Department, Logistics Support Center of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND.Requirements:

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: I have the ability to perform common tasks including receiving various types of materials, equipment, and components; reviewing shipping documentation to ensure proper turn information was provided; performing routine inspections to determine the completeness and condition of items/materials; identifying turned in materials/items locating part numbers; Using Computerized Databases; Operating Material Handling Equipment including forklifts.. I work under close supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.
