You will serve as a Senior Software Developer of NSWCPD Defense Business Systems, in the Corporate Operations Department (C/10), Information Technology Division (C104), of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, NSWC PHILA DIV.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Development of strategic plans for IT systems, providing expert technical guidance for software solutions aligned with business objectives.Examples of Qualifying Experience may include provides expert technical advice relative to state-of-the-art information systems
engineering methodologies, techniques, procedures, and tools: providing technical information effectively; planning, directing
and being personally responsible for the evaluation, selection, acquisition, adaptation, enhancement, and application of software engineering criteria and development of techniques and procedures for use by computer scientists, systems analysts, mathematicians, programmers, and
data managers; providing clear and convincing oral presentations; identifying problems; determining accuracy and relevance of information; generating and evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
