Description:
This position is located at Office of the Inspector General for Tax Admin, Office of Mission Support- Deputy Inspector General for Mission Support/Chief Financial Officer. As a Program Analyst, be responsible for accomplishing major analytical studies and or projects relating to substantive, mission-oriented programs of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA), such as personal property management.
Requirements:
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Administering an agency-wide (or equivalent) program; AND
- Preparing and conducting briefings and/or presentations to management and other stakeholders; AND
- Developing written products such as: draft and final reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), technical instructions, policy guidance and memoranda.
For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Administering an agency-wide (or equivalent) program; AND
- Analyzing and evaluating to identify problems and make recommendations to management to resolve issues/problems; AND
- Experience updating operating procedures or processes based on findings.
Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
