No assumptions will be made about your experience.You must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 level that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity as indicated by the following examples:
- Knowledge of standardized administrative and procurement principles, practices, and procedures used in support of supply operations in order to procure and distribute supplies, services, and equipment.
- Knowledge of automated collection and billing systems, as well as knowledge of all proper procedures and Treasury regulations for handling sales and receipt of funds.
- Thorough knowledge of procedures for handling both incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in order to present information in easy to understand formats that increase understanding of Bureau programs, policies, and objectives. Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
- Knowledge of automated time and attendance systems, as well as Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing payroll administration in order to enter and/or validate time and attendance records in the automated payroll system and audit records to ensure they are coded properly. -OR-
Education: 4 years above high school. One year of full-time academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university, or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial, or technical school."

Combination of Education and Experience: You may meet qualifications requirement for this position with an equivalent combination of specialized experience and appropriate undergraduate education.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
