About the Position: This position is located within the US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, Planning, Programs, and Project Management Division, with duty in Huntington, WV.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Plan and schedule work to be accomplished and coordinate work of employees; program management of a project portfolio(s), devising strategies to realize defined program objectives to achieve programmatic goals; direct the development, preparation, and submission of programs and program data for budgetary proposals.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). To be referred, applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade and specialized experience requirements within thirty (30) days after the closing date of the announcement.
