Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Applying expert knowledge of engineering concepts to execute significant projects representing an important segment of an agency's programs; 2) Demonstrating knowledge of standards, codes, and practices of engineering and architecture governing the identification, execution, and delivery of technical products and services; 3) Communicating effectively through oral and written expressions, and demonstrating the ability to work effectively with other professionals; and 4) Budgeting, planning, and managing projects to review, assess, and resolve design and construction issues.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
