In addition to the base salary, applicant could receive a monthly incentive based on financial results that meet or exceed budgeted percentages for Labor and Cost of Goods sold.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service Franchise style restaurant (ie. Steakhouse, etc). Minimum two years experience as a General Manager or Kitchen Manager full service Franchise restaurant concept is preferred. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks.
Possess a High School Graduate or General Education Degree. Possess managing 50 plus employees. Possess experience in training new employees.
If selected, you will be required to complete five (5) months of Texas Roadhouse Manager in Training (MIT) training to be at a location specified by Texas Roadhouse; however, location will not be in Tacoma, WA. In addition, you will participate in one (1) month of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) training. Training and travel expenses will be paid or compensated under temporary duty status for employee only.
