Description:
Serves as a management and program analyst for an organizational entity of the Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA). This position manages and coordinates General Training, Technical Training, Safety Training, eLMS
Administration and other training activities regarding development of new products/services as assigned. Incumbent
provides first level support to the training community in various programs as assigned.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position at the FG-13 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
Specialized experience is:
Specialized experience is knowledge of training program administration; quota management; experience in preparing reports, utilizing databases, and performing similar functions using Microsoft Access and Excel to create filters, queries, and pivot tables; strong problem-solving and research skills; and program management abilities.Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History.
