Specialized Experience:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: possess a broad Program or Project Management background and experience in various programs; an ability to analyze and comprehend procedures, policies, funding authorization and appropriation processes; apply program or project management critical skills such as the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets with consideration of risk and stakeholder management on assigned work; apply knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods and practices, as well as knowledge of methods, practices, and processes of technical disciplines necessary for accomplishing projects.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
