You will serve as a Lead Systems Engineer for a new missile system in the CAPSULES, SHAPES AND SIMULATORS BRANCH (Code 4512) within the PLATFORMS AND PAYLOAD INTEGRATION DEPARTMENT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI.This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. ND-04 is equivalent to GS-12/13.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-3 (GS-09/11 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist conducting design, construction, and testing of combat systems or platform/payload integration systems for development of technologies to bring advanced capabilities to the operational level.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
