Description:
This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Office of Security. As an Operations Security Specialist (Operations Security Program Manager), you will develop long-range program plans, goals, objectives and milestones to evaluate the effectiveness of the OPSEC program throughout the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The position is responsible for coordinating the planning and development of the OPSEC Program policies, procedures, and overall program goals.

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.Specialized experience for the GS-12 is one year (52 weeks) of experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as: Assisting with applying security policies, procedures, theories, and principles to an Operations Security (OPSEC) program; AND Establishing and maintaining partnerships and communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding an OPSEC program; AND Assisting in the preparation of oral briefings to all levels of leadership.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
