About the Position: Develops and manages Chicago District's Asset Management Program to provide lifecycle maintenance and capital improvement planning for navigation, flood risk management, aquatic ecosystem restoration, environmental stewardship, and recreation facilities and infrastructure at field operating locations in Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Supervises a team of Operations Support Specialists supporting the operations and maintenance of those same locations.Requirements:

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. GS-12 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: performing in-depth analysis of programs; analyzing and recommending potential improvements to automated information management systems; utilizing automated resource management programs; utilizing automated office software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Pivot tables; conducting financial or budgetary studies and analysis; ensuring adequate funding for programs and projects; and developing, preparing and submitting budgetary proposals and changes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Time in Grade Requirement for GS-12: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
