About the Position: This position is located at the US Army Training and Doctrine Command, Army University Directorate of Learning Systems Enterprise Classroom Program (ECP), Fort Eustis, VA. Fort Eustis, VA is located in Newport News, between historic Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. The Hampton Roads/Tidewater area has all the conveniences of a big city with charm of small town and rural areas.Requirements:

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) facilitating and participating in multifunctional, operational planning teams and use business processes such as; process mapping, and applied research to identify and define complex problem sets; 2) recommending solutions for complex issues such as; training and supporting information technologies issues; 3) preparing and/or present reports, proposals, charts, graphs and dashboards to senior leadership; AND 4) managing contracts that deal with Systems or Business Process to resolve problems.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
