Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience in researching, reviewing and preparing legal documents such as: Wills, Bills of Sale, Advance directives and Power of Attorneys as well as non-legal memorandum for completeness of information; retrieving and assembling information for hearings and/or trial use; investigate a variety of legal sources to obtain and/or verify information; and using automated software to produce legal related reports, documents, correspondence and related materials. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
