No C2C. W2 only. Must work onsite 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC. TEKsystems is currently looking for a Microsoft Support Analyst that will be responsible for working within Remedy troubleshooting tickets via phone, chat, or email. The majority of tickets that come in are for Microsoft Outlook and Exchange 2013 ( No O365 support). The second highest volume of tickets are around Sharepoint, Skype and the Microsoft Communication tools. We are looking for candidates to have 5+ yrs of 2nd level su
