About the position: This position will be assigned to the Southern Pines Inn.
This position is a Flexible position. Hours for this position will be determined by the facility manager and can range from 0-40 hours per week depending on the needs of the facility.
Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds and be able to occasionally lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds

Qualifying Experience: Preferred manual skill and knowledge to operate simpler power equipment (lawnmowers, leaf blowers, weed trimmers); Knowledge of basic hand tools; Must be able to read and follow simple signs and instructions;
