Candidates MUST possess experience that is IT related. The experience MUST demonstrate the competencies listed below:

AND
Specialized Experience- One year of specialized experience which includes work that involves;1) Overseeing existing and emerging advanced Information Technology (IT) network architecture; AND 2). Leading team efforts in the integration and implementation of major network systems for large organizations such as Department of Defense (DOD). AND 3) Resolving complex problems associated with development and implementation of information technology, and telecommunication systems.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
