THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Military), Position Description Number D1104000 and is part of the CO JFHQ G1, National Guard.
Requirements:
Military Grades: E-6 thru E-9, W-1 thru W-5, O-1 thru O-31. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position.

Must have at least 36 months of Specialized Experience in each of the following:
1. Experience involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting advanced concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
2. Experience assisting in the development of Human Resources policies and procedures.
3. Experience advising management on Human Resources principles and practices.
4. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed.
5. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
