About the Position: Manages assigned area through a group of professional, technical, and support personnel engaged in directing, developing, and/or implementing logistics policies, processes, initiatives, and/or programs for major, highly complex weapon systems acquisition in the areas of Logistics Support.Requirements:

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: implementing logistics policies, processes, and/or programs for highly complex weapon systems; developing solutions to multipart challenges in support of mission objectives; communicating actions to diverse team with varying skill sets, while using conflict resolution to reduce barriers to production and support teambuilding.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the federal service (NH-02 or GS-11).
