THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (INFORMATION SYSTEMS), Position Description Number D1842000 & D1621000 and is part of the DE 166 Force Support Squadron, National Guard.
Requirements:
Military Grades: E-4(SrA) - E-6 (TSgt)
Compatible Military Assignments: 3F051 - 3F071
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: GS-0203-07: Must have at least 12 months experience, education, or training involving progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting basic concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
- Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions;
- Plan and organize work; and
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
