This position is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe One Year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1.Planning or executing one or more of the following for the command: information operations (IO), psychological operations (PSYOP), military information support operations (MISO), special technical operations (STO), military deception (MILDEC), or electronic/electromagnetic warfare (EW) within the Army, other military services, or Department of Defense 2. Integrating non-lethal capabilities or effects (including IO, military information support operations (MISO/PSYOP), military deception (MILDEC), electronic/electromagnetic warfare (EW), or special technical operations (STO) for the command. 3. Managing projects (e.g, establishing work plans, deliverable timelines, and decision criteria), advocating for adequate funding, facilities, overseeing employees for accountability and conducting task management.
