Develop emerging training enabler requirements to provide supportive validation to the ever changing organizational readiness demands; and 3). Analyze technical systems to ensure the integrated training environment meets all organizational training objectives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
