This position supports the mission and objectives of the Security and Hazardous Materials Safety (ASH) organization through leading the Intelligence & Threat Analysis Division, AXE-200
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE IS DEFINED AS:
- Experience in using specialized equipment for signal analysis.
- Experience with commercial off the shelf software-defined radios, open-source software, Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) simulation test equipment, and digital signal processing.
- Experience in intelligence analysis, collection, tradecraft, writing and briefing.
- Experience in leading and/or representing their agency at community forums, committees, conferences, working groups and/or meetings with interagency, public sector and/or international partners
