Description:
This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management. As a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Specialist, you will establish initiatives to effect organizational and cultural changes that support diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) for customers, develop corresponding DEIA-related policies and innovative approaches to execute DEIA initiatives, and respond to DEIA-related reporting requirements.
Requirements:
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service . Specialized experience for this position includes experience: Implementing and monitoring DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) goals and objectives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; AND Establishing strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to implement DEIA goals; AND Providing reports on the status and execution of DEIA goals and objectives.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
